I am Vixey!! I am the owner of "Vixeys" on Etsy. Vixeys is owned and managed by only me. I've been part of the furry community for around 10 years. I sell art commissions through my Etsy and will once in a while take on fursuit commissions as well as sell premade fursuits, props, etc. My shop was created 11/25/24 and has a rating of 5.0 stars.I strive to help out the younger ones or those struggling in the fursuit/furry community, so if you cannot afford a product, have obstacles, have any questions, or just want to talk in general, don't be afraid to reach out!I only accept commission-based messages through Instagram and Etsy, which can be found in the 'Socials' or "Commissions" page. Although I am connected to The Furry Nexus on discord and often advertise through there, I'd prefer to be messaged through Instagram!

- All buyers automatically accept and agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page upon purchase
- I have the right to refuse service or cancel a commission for whatever reason I see fit

- Anyone found to be one of the above will have all warranties and protections void, and will be completely blocked off from contacting me

- Suits are not and will never be perfect
- If there are any defects, please contact me within 7 days of receiving product
- All premades, preclaims, and commissions reflect the nature of handmade work
- Small flaws are expected and will not be liable for a refund
- I do not offer repairs or refurbishes, but I can help you find someone who does
- AI or stolen references are not allowed. I am not responsible for not knowing a reference is AI or stolenCOMMISSIONS

- Must be at least 18 or have parent permission. May require proof
- To reduce miscommunication and improve clear instructions, you must be somewhat fluent in English
- Cannot design a character nor use someone else's character for your commission
- Commissions can be applied for via the forms link found at the top of the TOS
- If your commission is accepted, we will contact you with a quote. Once you approve, you will be sent a request for payment. Add-on's and large changes cannot be made once quote is approved and money is sent
- 50% down payment or full payment must be made within 72 hours of requesting payment
- Color matches may not be 100% accurate, and it is your responsibility to notify me if you require any changes BEFORE I begin/order materials
- Quotes/commission form is not binding for either of us. If you no longer want to commission me, I will find someone elseTURN AROUND TIMES
- All TAT varies between commission types
- Custom headbases take 5-6 weeks to be made and shipped to me (unless customer requests and gets approved for a different premade base)
- TAT for heads can be between 1-4 months
- TAT for tails is between 2 weeks and 1 month
- TAT for paws is between 1-2 months
- TAT may be faster or longer than what is stated, depending on my schedule and current queue
- TAT can be delayed due to lack of communication, slow communication, slow payments, miscommunication, requested changes, or mistakesMATERIALS
- Colors may not be 100% matched to materials
- Minky may either be stretch or regular depending on color match
- All fur will be from BigZFabrics (primary), HowlFabrics, or other trustworthy supplier
- Specific fur/minky requests may be declined if from a low quality/untrustworthy supplier
- All my commissions (except skulldog) are made on a static custom sculpted (to your references) TPU base. If you want a specific premade base (ETSY ONLY), you may request it. May be declined
- Will NOT do moving jaw (Skulldog is an exception) or foam bases
Materials may include the following:
- TPU/PLA, foam, magnets, minky, faux fur, fleece, mesh, airmesh, neoprene, paint, paint sealer, thread, hot glue, and more
- Please let me know of any craft/fursuit related allergies you may haveCOMMUNICATION
- You may message me via Instagram (preferred), Etsy, or Discord
- For commissions, all messages and primary communication will be through Instagram
- All choices and progress of your suit will be made going off of the references, instructions, and confirmations you provide me. If you send photos of a blue fox, and you confirm blue fur matches, I can not fix it if you come to me 2 months into the commission telling me your character is actually pink
- Do NOT message me daily asking for updates/photos. I work on a schedule and make time for each and every commission. I plan specific days to send updates to all of my commissions
- Updates are regularly sent every 2 weeks or sooner if a large amount of progress is madeREFERENCES
References MUST HAVE the following:
- Front and back view
- Any accessories you want
- Any markings you want
- Any colors you want
Cannot be rendered or shaded/have lightingPAYMENTS, PLANS, AND REFUNDS
- Paid via PayPal only
- Extra money to make up for fees will be included
- 50% down payment required for commissions or to claim commission slots
- Shipping must be paid for only when suit is completed, cannot be before.
- Will charge an extra $50 for every week you fail to pay the remaining amount (after suit is completed and after the 2 week grace period)
- 50% down payment can never be refunded in case of a cancellation
- Remaining money can be paid off in whatever intervals or amounts the customer chooses
- Must be 100% paid within 2 weeks of commission being completed
- Refunds can only be given if you cancel within 2 weeks of down payment. After the 2 weeks, I will determine refund amount or if any amount can be refunded at all
- Refunds cannot be given once suit is near or at completion
- If cancelled, I reserve the right to finish and/or sell your suit without making any changes to design
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the customer is aggressive, harassing me/others, refuses to pay, has poor communication, or is too difficult to work withBUYER RESPONSIBILITY
- Do not pick up suit by ears or eyes
- Do not act aggressively or rough while in suit
- Do not expose to high heat
- Clean yourself and protect inside of suit with balaclava to avoid unnecessarily dirtying the suit
- Avoid liquids or foods that may stain
- Do not let it sit while wet or damp
Vixeys is not responsible for injuries or damage done involving suit
Vixeys is not responsible for changes, repairs, or actions buyer does to suit
Vixeys is not responsible for buyer behavior, beliefs, social media posts, or actions while in suit
Buyer cannot resell suits for more than what they paidSELLER RESPONSIBILITY
Vixeys reserves the right to deny customer service for any reason.
I have the right to keep any parts from a cancelled order
I have the right to legally pursue any customer that files a chargeback on an order
I have the right to finish and/or sell parts from a cancelled order without changing any features
I have the right to block off all communications from potential customer or cancelled customer for any reason
I am not obligated to disclose reason of denial
Reasons of denial may include:
- Buyer has a history of illegal actions/interests
- Buyer is homophobic, transphobic, racist, pedophilic, zoophilic, or a babyfur
- Buyer is difficult to communicate with or refuses communication
- Buyer is aggressive, impatient, or cannot make decisions regarding commission
- Buyer character design is offensive, stolen, or AI generated
- Buyer is problematic in the furry community
